Executive Coaching

SVS Consulting Services believes the purpose of coaching is to facilitate learning and change. Executive Coaching provides the opportunity for custom-designed learning that is not available in training programs.

SVS works with clients to design a learning platform that supports our clients’ goals. Our coaching draws from validated assessments, interviews, the client’s own experience, and our coaches vast experience and expertise. We support our clients as they integrate feedback and expanded practices, skills, and processes.

The initial focus is on expanding awareness of individual strengths and limitations as we move through cycles of action and reflection. We work with our clients to articulate and align values, purpose, strategy, implementation, and outcomes.
