Facilitation of Retreats, Meetings
and Seminars
In addition to, or as part of your leadership change process, SVS Consulting will facilitate on-site and off-site meetings, retreats, and seminars at the location of your choice. We will customize the content and process of the sessions and can coordinate lodging and event needs for sessions held in California’s Napa Valley. We have established partnerships with several Napa Valley hotels, inns, retreat centers, wineries, and restaurants.
Our focus is leadership, team development, and organizational change. We are experienced with setting the tone and creating a safe environment. We keep the process moving while ensuring the participants actively move toward the desired end. In meetings where communication is effective, people will truly listen and understand which means the difference between a motivated and enthusiastic team and one that is frustrated and bewildered.
